Group Fitness Exercise

Registering For Fitness Classes

Our focus is to keep our community as safe and healthy as possible. Due to the current safer at home orders we will:

  • Limit the number of participants in fitness classes
  • Monitor 6 foot social distancing. There will be designated marks on the floor.
  • No cash will be accepted at this time. Account will need to be set up prior to coming into register for a class. 
  • You can register online or at the front desk. Registration for classes will be available one week prior to the class. .

We appreciate your understanding and we will continue to monitor the situation and our hope is as restrictions are lifted we will be able to grow our class numbers.


  •     Barre, Body Sculpt, 30/30 HIIT & Strength, Rev + Flow and Yoga classes- please bring your own mat.
  •     We encourage you to bring your own hand weights, there will be a limited number of weights available for use.
  •     Bring your own water bottle.
  •     We ask that participants clean their equipment before and after usage.

Pelham Parks & Recreation offers many ways to stay fit, healthier and active with group fitness. We offer classes: cardio fitness, strength train and mind and body.

  •     Class are for ages 14 and up.
  •     Classes are geared for all fitness levels.

This unique format is designed to get your heart racing! The first 30 minutes of class will go through a series of high intensity interval segments using your entire body. It’s guaranteed to make you sweat and get your heart pumping. The effects of this class continue to work for hours after this workout is done! The last 30 minutes will target specific muscle groups using small hand weights, floor work and stretches designed to improve your overall performance and balance. This class can be modified to fit all fitness levels.

We encourage participants to bring light hand weights, a mat and water.
