Ordinance 067-12 is now in effect and adopts parts of the 2021 International Building Code, among others. The following tables outline the major differences between the 2015 and 2021 codes. International Property Maintenance Code
The 2021 International Property Maintenance Code provides requirements for the continued use and maintenance of building elements, site conditions, swimming pools, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems in existing residential and nonresidential structures.
