Ballroom dancing encompasses a wide variety of partner dances. The basic 6 dances in ballroom dancing are Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, and East Coast Swing.
Mondays 5:30 - 6:30
Barre is a low impact, energizing workout that has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles and increase flexibility. Classes include the use of the ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls. Exercises typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and core engagement. All levels are welcome and encouraged!
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30
In-Trinity combines the practices of yoga, Pilates, and martial arts into one class great for both mind and body. Traditional poses are done utilizing the elevated In-Trinity board, building strength, flexibility, and improving balance.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30
Rev & Flow is a dynamic workout that is easy on the joints without compromising the intensity of the workout. It strengthens the body and sculpts muscle through music based movement and resistance training.
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30
Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular workout designed to make you sweat and burn some major calories! We will pedal through hills, intervals, sprints, and other challenging drills. Expect upbeat music that will keep you motivated and energized. After a 30 minute ride, there will be a 15 minute workout focusing on the core muscle groups and stretching.
Wednesday 6:30 -7:30
Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
