Spring and Fall Cleanup Days

In an effort to provide more efficient and well-grounded service, Advanced Disposal is implementing resident scheduling for Heavy Trash Day. By residents scheduling their heavy trash pickup, the company will be able to better plan routes and staffing for the volume of waste expected.

Scheduling your pickup is an easy process. Click here and submit this form in the request tracker. Once your ticket is received and your request for heavy trash pickup is recorded, Advanced Disposal will add a comment to your ticket, and you will receive an email acknowledging your address has been added to their list. If you do not already have a CivicPlus profile, you will be prompted to create one before you schedule your pickup. (There is no charge for this)

Heavy Trash Day is scheduled for March 27, 2021. All requests for heavy trash pickup must be submitted by March 17, 2021. This will ensure that the trash company has time to prepare for the required volume.

Below are the guidelines for Heavy Trash Day.
