Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and functional fitness to enhance your daily living. A variety of equipment will be used to offer resistance (hand-held weights and elastic tubing) as well as other techniques to strengthen the body. (balance, core strength, aerobic conditioning and stretching). This class is designed to improve the overall quality of life for our active adults.
