NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

The Pelham City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 20, 2023, in the Police & Court Building Courtroom at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following: 

Ordinance No. 067-12 adopting portions of the 2021 International Building and Fire Code and the International Property Maintenance Code, et al. 

All persons who desire shall have an opportunity of being heard in favor or in opposition of Ordinance No. 067-12.   

Individuals with disabilities needing special services to participate are requested to coordinate their needs in advance.   If special accommodations are required, please contact Tom Seale, City Clerk/Treasurer by calling  (205) 620-6404.
