The Pelham Police Department is actively recruiting dispatchers. Starting pay is $21.24 per hour or $44,179 annually, plus evening & night shift differential pay. Note: These amounts are effective October 1, 2024.

Job Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED Equivilent
- 18 years old
- US Citizen
- Able to Multitask
- Pass all required pre-employment testing
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have a customer service mindset
- Ability to type
