The City of Pelham is currently accepting applications for the full time position of Food & Beverage Manager for the Ballantrae Golf Club. This job involves managing the Fireside Grill which includes but not limited to the following:
Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety legislation and requirements
Supervise and train part-time grill and beverage cart employees; maintain optimal functionality of grill area.
High school diploma or GED required. Three to five years supervisory experience preferred with organization skills, assigning and directing work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Valid driver’s license and serve safe certification required.
Starting salary: $31,059 to $34,435 based on qualifications and experience. The city also offers an excellent benefit package.
