Water Department Holiday Notice

Water Department Holiday Notice

The Water Department will not be processing Discontinue Service requests for the following dates due to Holidays:  November 25-27 & December 23-25. Requests will be processed Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-3:00pm after the holidays, according to our normal guidelines.

The Water Department is not accepting requests to Discontinue Services on Friday. Requests may be scheduled Monday-Thursday with at least a 24-hour business day notice, with a 3:00 p.m. deadline for next business day services. Water services will not be shut-off at this time due to non-payment and the pandemic.
