Move through a variety of exercises designed to improve overall quality of life. You will increase muscular strength, range of motion and functional fitness and balance. A variety of equipment will be used to offer resistance (hand held weights and elastic tubing) as well as other techniques to strengthen the body. (Balance, core strength, aerobic conditioning and stretching).
